Q: What are your operating hours?

A: Our facility offers 24-hour access, allowing you to retrieve or return your boat, RV, camper, or trailer at any time that suits your schedule. 

Q: How do I access my storage space?

A: We've made access easy with our Text-To-Open Gate Feature. Simply send a text, and our gate will open, granting you seamless entry. You can also use your keypad code by the entrance gate. You receive your keypad code upon completing your rental online.  

Q: Can I reserve a specific space or is it first-come, first-served?

A: We offer both options. You can reserve a specific space in advance or choose from available spaces on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Q: How secure are your facilities?

A: We prioritize the safety of your valuable assets. Our facilities are equipped with advanced security measures, including 12 security cameras, gated access, and on-site personnel. 

Q: What types of storage do you offer for boats and RVs?

A: We provide canopy-covered storage for boats.  This provides protection from the elements such as weather and bird droppings. 

Q: Do you offer long-term storage options?

A: Yes, we provide flexible storage options to accommodate both short-term (minimum 6 months)  and long-term needs. Whether you need seasonal storage or year-round protection, we have you covered.
